Terms of Use
The app
Don't Forget is a personal reminder assistant for iOS, made by Farting Pixel (Dino Budimilić). By using it you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Subscriptions
Don't Forget Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or yearly) purchased through your Apple account. It renews automatically until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it anytime in your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
Reminders are assistance, not guarantees
Don't Forget helps you remember things; it does not guarantee you will act on them. Notifications and alarms depend on iOS settings, Focus modes, device state, and permissions you control. Do not rely on the app as the sole safeguard for anything where failure would cause harm — legal deadlines, medication, or safety-critical tasks. Suggestions (including health and exercise ideas) are general information, not medical, legal, or financial advice.
Your content
Everything you store in the app remains yours and remains on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for what you store and for keeping your own backups; deleting the app deletes its data.
Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farting Pixel is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including missed reminders. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
